Job Overview
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s people strategy by focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, health & wellness, and performance management. Key Responsibilities
Employee Motivation & Engagement
1. Develop and implement initiatives that boost morale and create a positive workplace culture.
2. Introduce employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and contributions.
3. Organize regular team-building activities and social events to strengthen workplace relationships.
4. Establish open communication channels, ensuring employees feel heard and valued.
Talent Acquisition
1. Overhaul the hiring process to attract top-tier talent aligned with the company’s values and culture.
2. Develop strong employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
3. Partner with educational institutions and industry networks to build a pipeline of skilled candidates.
4. Implement structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Retention & Development
1. Create career progression pathways within the company to support long-term employee growth.
2. Implement mentorship programs and continuous learning opportunities.
3. Conduct regular stay interviews to understand employee needs and concerns before they consider leaving.
4. Develop and deliver training programs that enhance technical and leadership skills.
5. Introduce initiatives to improve employee well-being, reduce stress, and promote a better work-life balance.
6. Implement flexible work policies where feasible to support employees’ personal commitments.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction or interiors industry.
3. Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
6. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
