Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work under the supervision of an experienced recruiter to place construction labour and trade workers with Ireland's main contractors.
* Search for candidates using various methods, including advertising, database searching, head-hunting, networking, and social media.
* Conduct telephone interviews with candidates and present suitable candidates to clients.
* Maintain accurate timesheets and ensure their timely submission each week.
* Manage employee files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
* Perform administrative duties related to the recruitment process.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates based on trust.
* Expand our client base through direct selling and business development.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN OUTSTANDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE WARD PERSONNEL IS THEIR RECRUITER OF CHOICE.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate excellent people skills and a flair for sales.
* Have at least three years' work experience in an office-based role, preferably in recruitment or sales.
* Show a strong desire to work hard and develop a long-term career with our company.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in your work.
