A competitive salary is offered for the right candidate, DOE. A candidate already working in a sales role, ideally in a hospitality field (but not essential), is preferred. For the successful candidate full training will be provided on site and a wealth of knowledge and experience will be provided through support across our group of hotels.
JOB PURPOSE
To work proactively in conjunction with the General Manager, to increase revenue and maximise yield for rooms, conference and banqueting and food and beverage, ensuring budgeted sales, average room rates, occupancy in both rooms and catering are met.
To work with the General Manager and team in promoting and marketing The Hardiman and The House Hotel at both a national and and international level, to raise their profiles, to retain and maintain existing business and develop new business, resulting in increased sales.
