Morgan MckInley are delighted to be collaborating with a sought after client in the agricultural sector looking for a customer success specialist to join their team. Based in East Cork.
Customer Success Agent
Location: Little Island - Onsite
Permanent contract
Monday - Friday
Salary: €30,000-€40,000 DOE
Duties:
1. Ongoing management of existing customer relationships
2. Daily calls, emails and customer meetings with existing customers
3. Continuous logging of customer activity on internal databases
4. Support and resolve customer and partner queries on product issues, received by phone, email, or other mode of communication
5. Support onboarding of new customers
6. Support internal department on customer queries, support and training when necessary
7. Collect and review customer feedback to pass onto developers or solution design
What do you need?
8. Previous customer service experience in a BPO, call centre or customer support centre is essential
9. Previous experience working in a fast paced environment alongside targets
10. Interest in providing high quality customer service
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Previous systems experience - technical experience is required
