HR Business Partner Role
We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to execute daily HR operations and work closely with our PA staff.
About the Role
This is a key role within our busy team, responsible for daily operational matters, technology implementation, and process optimization across all departments.
Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day operational HR matters, including HR inbox, payroll queries, and supporting HR processes.
* Collaborating with outsourced providers for payroll and technology services.
* Identifying areas for improvement within HR technology and systems.
* Maintaining employee records and taking ownership of ongoing HR process improvements.
* Managing all members of the PA function from recruitment through onboarding and throughout their employee lifecycle.
* Implementing flexible working solutions for the PA function.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a Legal or Professional Services environment.
* Strong leadership skills, including experience leading and motivating teams.
* Knowledge of HR best practice and employment laws.
* Experience working with HR systems (CoreHR / People XD).
* Change Management experience.
