Training Administrator
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Training Administrator with a multinational Aviation client based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the day-to-day running of the Training Department.
* Input and update training documentation on ERP, including Codes, Course Descriptions, Durations, etc.
* Ensure the relevant training database is up to date, accurate, and complete.
* Support training with strategic projects for employee development and engagement.
* Assist with department queries & reports, companywide training strategies, and onsite training programmes.
* Schedule, order, and track all training courses.
* Monitor mandatory training to ensure compliance.
Key Skills:
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and SAP.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Able to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and handle conflicting priorities.
* Ability to learn and take on new challenges.
About the Role:
This is an initial 9-month contract position, with significant opportunity to extend for the right candidate.
