Role Profile
The School of Communications at Dublin City University invites applications for a Research Assistant (novel environmental communication) as part of a funded project that aims to implement novel communication of environmental data in Ireland. This role has a focus on archival research, desk research, international field work, and working alongside the PIs, creative practitioners and participants to support and deliver exhibitions and workshops. The candidate will be working in a multi-disciplinary team from both Communications and Engineering.

Essential Training
The postholder will be required to undertake the following essential compliance training: Orientation, Health & Safety, Data Protection (GDPR) and all Cyber Security Awareness Training. Other training may need to be undertaken when required.
Salary Scale: IUA Research Assistant Salary Scale – (Point 1) €31,962 – (Point 5) €34,945
* Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current IUA pay policy
