Senior Assets Officer Fire Safety
The Senior Assets Officer Fire Safety will deliver and manage a professional, technical, and customer-facing fire safety and maintenance service. They will provide quality customer service to tenants and other external clients while leading Asset Officers in the Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Response, planned, and cyclical maintenance of properties.
* Adaptations or servicing to existing properties, including refurbishment.
Requirements:
1. A level six qualification in Estate Management, Building Surveying, Construction, or Engineering related discipline and 3 years of experience delivering an Assets service, or
2. A minimum of 6 years practical experience delivering an Assets and/or Fire Safety Service, including delivery of varied property maintenance/fire safety tasks.
Desirable Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of Fire Safety Regulation and Best Practice.
* NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
