* Lead and participate in customer negotiations related to data security, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure successful contractual agreements.
* Analyze and assess the implications of proposed contractual terms on ServiceNow's security posture, and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
* Stay current on ServiceNow architecture, industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to information security and contractual agreements.
* Navigating Ambiguity: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment, adapting strategies as needed to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
* Engage in multiple contract negotiations with the ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet critical timelines.
To be successful in this role you have:
* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
* 5+ years of Information Security Expertise: Proven track record of applying information security principles to contractual language within a corporate setting.

* Team Collaboration and Information Sharing: Strong inclination towards teamwork and sharing of information to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
* Self-Starter with Goal-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, set goals, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
