About Your New Role
We are seeking a skilled Grade V Administrator to join our team in a trade union organisation. As a permanent part-time employee, you will work 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) and enjoy a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
You will ensure the smooth administration of our branch by providing support to committees, subcommittees, and senior management. This includes:
* Managing queries and stakeholder relationships
* Processing memberships and coordinating travel arrangements
* Facilities duties, document recording and archiving
* Producing reports and updating databases
* Executing executive and general administrative tasks
Accounts Assistants Duties
You will also be responsible for accurate recording of invoices, payments, credit card transactions, subscriptions, and T&S expenses into SAGE accounts.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need recent experience in a senior administrative position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and bookkeeping or accounts experience using SAGE. Strong organisational skills and discretion when handling sensitive information are required.
