Demand Generation Manager
Cpl Marketing Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join a Software Development company on a Permanent contract in Wexford. The successful candidate will manage all demand generation efforts for the company to ensure a solid pipeline of new revenue opportunities are delivered to support the achievement of company revenue targets.
The Role:
* Develop and refine companies' data driven demand generation strategy including full funnel, omnichannel campaign development, and execution for net new customers.
* Build an end-to-end view of demand generation, ensuring we deliver the right mix of programs throughout the funnel to meet awareness, engagement, pipeline, revenue and expansion goals.
* Use data driven insights to optimise campaigns and channel mix and measure performance to meet pipeline, revenue and ROI targets.
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure tight alignment on target accounts, lead and pipeline quality and measurable outcomes.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise potential for pipeline growth from events including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and bespoke hosted events.
* Drive high value content strategy to support demand generation campaigns including thought leadership, market reports and video content working with internal and external stakeholders for delivery.
* Segmented campaigns to communicate value proposition for each product to key ICP personas.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a data driven marketing acquisition role preferably marketing to SaaS enterprise and mid-market targets.
* Experience managing a multichannel strategy to drive demand generation activity resulting in pipeline generation.
* Data driven with a focus on measurable results. Data fluency, with the capabilities to dive into the metrics.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver highly engaging and creative campaigns.
* Knowledge of ABM and successful implementation.
* Skills in building and segmenting audiences using account and persona based information to deliver highly relevant and intelligent marketing programs.
* Proficient in relevant MarTech stacks such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, GA, Vidyard etc.
Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
