Job Title: Relief Instructor
12 months Fixed term Contract, Variable hours
Location: Hollyhill Instrustrial Estate, Hollyhill, Co. Cork
About the Role:
The Relief Instructor is responsible for training and supporting learners according to the agreed training program. This includes managing the day-to-day activities of the program and assisting learners with additional support needs in exploring their career and education options. The goal is to help learners make realistic vocational choices and progress to further education or employment.

What We’re Looking For:
* Third-level qualification in Education, Training, or Social Sciences.
* Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with learners in educational, guidance, or developmental settings.
* Experience with QQI certification and accreditation processes.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate learners and collaborate with stakeholders and communities.

Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver training modules for QQI Level 3-5 certification based on the program curriculum.
* Help participants develop skills and confidence to achieve their progression goals.
* Meet performance targets related to learner placement, progression, and certification achievements.
* Develop Individual Action Plans for each learner and support their vocational needs, sourcing work placements, and teaching proper work attitudes and behaviours.
* Work closely with National Learning Network management and cooperate with staff, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders like ETB to ensure smooth program operations.
Additional Requirements:
* Own means of transport and a full clean driving licence
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland

Salary: €17.77 per hour.
