As HR Operations Manager, reporting to theChief Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our company's human resources strategy.
Alongside the HR Generalist you will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

You will lead the People function, managing and developing the HR Generalist and ensuring that effective internal processes and systems are in place that deliver good insights for the business and support the ongoing growth of the firm. You will provide a well-balanced and structured support structure for employees and managers so that they have access to the necessary information, understand and operate the company policies and procedures and are part of an engaged and motivated team committed to our culture and values. You will champion a positive and progressive work environment demonstrating strong and effective employee relations practices, prompt and confidential guidance for employees, management of the various leave and family friendly policies, mental wellness initiatives that meet the needs of our team. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR partner to firm leadership, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Ensure effective execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Manage recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. Support employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Develop and drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture. Lead performance and talent management programs, ensuring clear career progression pathways and structured reward and recognition frameworks. Support learning and development initiatives, ensuring employees and leaders have access to relevant training and professional growth opportunities. Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure that relevant HRIS functionality is utilised to increase efficiency. What you will bring to the role, Key Skills & Experience: Experience supporting managers in a fast paced environment. Strong operational HR background with expertise across multiple HR functions. Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership and influence decision-making. Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Positive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving with the flexibility and agility to meet changing requirements. Experience managing and developing HR team members. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Third level qualification specialising in Human Resources, or equivalent. CIPD Accreditation.
