My client is a leading Irish software company who have scaled significantly in the last 5 years. As a Digital & Content Designer, you will combine your creative flair for design with a strong understanding of content marketing principles. You will create engaging visual assets to support our marketing campaigns, ensuring our message resonates with target audiences. This role bridges design and storytelling, making it ideal for a creative professional passionate about both design and content strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
* Design digital assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, online advertisements, video editing and copy
* Create visually engaging infographics, eBooks, and presentation templates to enhance content marketing efforts.
* Develop cohesive visual identities for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Marketing Design:
* Collaborate with content and marketing teams to design assets that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
* Design dynamic visuals for blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to captivate readers.
* Support the production of multimedia content, including video overlays, animations, and interactive assets.
Campaign Support:
* Partner with the marketing team to develop visually impactful assets for product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor and iterate on designs based on campaign performance data and user feedback.
Brand Development:
* Ensure brand consistency across all content and design outputs.
* Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective.
Skills and Experience:
Essential
* 2+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing assets.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
* Experience creating graphics optimised for web and social media platforms.
* Motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of content marketing strategies, including SEO and audience engagement best practices..
