About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager & Site Engineer for a large construction project in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a main contractor in Ireland, supervising projects to tight deadlines and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordination of subcontractors and control programme preparation
* Presentation of progress reports and chairing site meetings
* Communication with clients, architects, engineers, and coordination of logistics
* Effective sequencing of finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking
* Monitoring resources, labour, plant, and other overheads
* Liaison with design team on construction issues and RFI management
* Maintenance of site diary and daily log activities
* Quality and work standard monitoring on site
Requirements
* 7+ years' site management experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects
