Are you our next HR Operations Specialist?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Operations Specialist who will join our People function on a Permanent contract. This role forms an integral part of the People Function and sits within the HR Operations team. The role requires someone with solid HR general systems experience (ideally SAP) who will work closely with the Business in terms of maximising efficiencies across the HR Operations area as well as solid knowledge of HR policies, in particular all areas pertaining to Family Leave (i.e. Maternity leave, Parent’s Leave etc). In depth knowledge of key transactional day to day process is key, i.e. leavers/joiner/transfers and the associated business and contractual processes that go hand in hand with that.
* Experience in handling areas of HR Policies and procedures but specifically in handling and processing all queries emanating from Sickness Absence and other Family related leave processes.
* Proficiency in SAP desirable.
* Excellent internal client-service skills, always providing a welcoming and helpful attitude.
* Maintaining independence, confidentiality and discretion in a professional capacity always.
* Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
* Affinity to technology, SAP experience would be preferable – as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word skills.
* Web/Intranet/HTML experience desirable but not essential.

HR Systems
* Dynamic fast-paced environment dealing with transactions/lifecycle events for over ~4,500 staff. With large SAP Day to day transactional work – joiners/leavers/transfers/promotions/changes to working hours etc, attention to detail and organisation skills are crucial to this role.
* Working closely with our payroll department on all ROI and NI payroll issues i.e. general monthly payroll as well as handling and element of sickness/maternity/parental/paternity benefits and any other social welfare/revenue queries, administering any data changes as required.
* Managing the Onboarding of high volumes of new joiners at various times during the year to very tight timelines e.g. circa 400 Graduates, and various Placement/Intern programmes.
* Managing the HR Service Now module in turning HR calls around as efficiently as possible (automated HR queries helpdesk).
* Working closely with our IT SAP team in terms of continually enhancing our day-to-day transactional processes to ensure maximum efficiency for end users.
* Producing various HR weekly/monthly reports as required by the Business.
* Responsible for the processing and administrative procedures emanating from some of our HR Policies and Procedures requests, in particular, sickness absence, leave of absence as well as managing all system requirements for the Firm’s Flexible working arrangement queries i.e. part-time requests, as well as hybrid working requests.
* While always working with Payroll each month in ensuring accurate leave entitlements, work schedules and any associated changes in payments are processed.
General
* Given the size of our Firm, the successful candidate would also work across multiple HR projects during the year, including graduate uploads, placement uploads, management of contracts for certain cohorts.
* This role would also handle any changes to the HR Intranet site, managing ongoing changes as they arise from a legislative perspective and ensuring all updates are reflected accurately on the KPMG Policies webpage.
* The ideal candidate should have strong People Skills, excellent client focus, be proficient in their technical abilities, and their attention to detail should be at the highest level possible. They should also have a genuine interest in working with and supporting internal systems with a view to maximising reporting capabilities across our flexible working initiatives.
