Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Transfer Agency Refresh Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with the Business to provide a comprehensive view of know your customer (KYC)/anti-money laundering (AML) processes.
Job Summary
This role involves reviewing and assessing know your customer (KYC)/anti-money laundering (AML) cases within our Transfer Agency (TA) Operation.
Main Functions
* Perform annual ongoing due diligence, risk re-assessment, and investor identification process for all investor accounts.
* Conduct financial crimes compliance covering AML, sanctions screening, controls regarding the financing of terrorism, bribery, or corruption.
Key Responsibilities
* Process AML/KYC assessments related to Account Opening or Account Maintenance within applicable deadlines.
* Track pending AML/KYCDocumentation per investor account and per fund promoter.
* Review and respond to AML-related queries across all clients within agreed timeframes.
* Run, review, and update AML reports and provide these reports to Clients/Investors.
* Implement and maintain procedures ensuring the team complies with all AML/KYC and Financial Crimes prevention policies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Strong understanding of local anti-money laundering laws, rules, and regulations.
* Relevant Compliance, AML, and data privacy experience or other related experience (e.g., legal, risk management, audit).
* Ability to work in partnership with the larger Compliance group.
* Fluency in English; German, French, or other European languages considered a distinct advantage.
