As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our client relationships, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional employee benefits solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, pensions, and group risk benefits, setting you on the path to becoming a fully rounded Employee Benefits Specialist.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Client Support & Account Management – Be a trusted partner to our Group & Corporate Clients, assisting with day-to-day queries and ensuring seamless administration of their benefits programs.
2. Governance & Compliance Excellence – Support best practices in pension scheme governance, medical benefits, and risk benefits, ensuring compliance at all times.
3. Career Development & Growth – Learn the end-to-end Employee Benefits process from seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in account management and consulting.
4. Process & Service Optimization – Work closely with insurers, service providers, and internal teams to enhance processes and improve service delivery.
5. Employee Benefits Lifecycle Management – Manage key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, pension and medical reconciliations, and coordinate monthly, annual, and triannual reporting.
6. Client Engagement & Presentations – Represent our company at client meetings, employee clinics, trustee meetings, and industry conferences, building strong relationships along the way.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for employee benefits and a desire to grow.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
3. Willingness to pursue industry qualifications such as PMI APA, MIIPM, or AIIPM to enhance expertise.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, escalating queries when necessary.
5. Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (Dublin-based role).
