Building Services Manager
Opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join our Data Centre team in Dublin.
John Sisk & Son is seeking a Building Services Manager to support M&E delivery on a Data Centre project.

Responsibilities
* Promote the application of Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, providing technical support, guidance, and direction in overall project delivery.
* Support the Building Services "Value Proposition" and align it with the Business Units and Company’s Vision, Values, and Ambition Objectives.
* Assist in delivering the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives.
* Support the tendering and awarding of MEP packages in accordance with project pre-construction and procurement strategies and objectives.
* Ensure temporary electrical requirements, including load and energy assessments, comply with Management System Guidelines.
* Take responsibility for MEP integration and project delivery as part of the overall project team.
* Manage MEP elements on contracts according to Building Services Management Procedures and specific Project Execution Plans (PEP).
* Ensure finalisation of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmes are aligned with the main Construction Programme.
* Engage with utility companies from the outset to understand, communicate, and adhere to infrastructural and interface requirements.
* Coordinate and approve Builders Works Drawings provided by MEP Contractors to meet programme requirements.
* Track equipment & plant from submission approvals through to installation and commissioning.
Experience
* Experience managing large-scale, complex MEP projects.
* Good understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics.
* Operational involvement across all project phases: estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover.
* Demonstrate technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills necessary for delivering multiple large MEP projects.
Qualifications
* Mechanical or Electrical academic/MEP technical qualification.
* Membership of a relevant professional institution such as CIBSE, CIOB, IEI, or equivalent.
* IOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
