Facilities Management Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior role within our client operations, overseeing both client relationships and the day-to-day operational delivery of services to major corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of services to contractual requirements and service level agreements.
* E nsure safe working environments exist for subcontractors and implement quality measures for feedback and continuous improvement.
* Develop and present regular business reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Actively communicate with clients regarding operational needs and measure service delivery against agreed SLAs.
* Provide clear direction and take action to resolve off-target performance and manage internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
* A strong business operator with excellent communication skills and negotiation ability.
* Excellent CRM skills and commitment to high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Detailed experience with complex financial reporting models.
* Ability to build and maintain collaborative networks and develop strategies to deliver on targets.
* Prioritization and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to manage a large team.
Requirements:
* 7+ years in an Account Management environment.
* Client Services and Operations experience in blue chip organizations.
* Degree Qualified.
Estimated Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
