Job Title: HR Operations Specialist, Data & Systems

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by overseeing and optimizing human resources operations, systems, and data management processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from preboarding to exit, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Designing, documenting, and implementing standardized HR procedures for recurring activities.
* Overseeing and maintaining HR systems, including HRIS (Zoho People), ensuring optimal functionality and integration with other business platforms.
* Maintaining accurate employee records, conducting regular HR audits, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Preparing, validating, and managing payroll data in coordination with finance teams.
* Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, automating reports, and generating ad-hoc analyses, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Leading process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency in HR operations.
* Managing leave administration and ensuring seamless processes for time-off tracking and compliance.
* Training employees on HR systems and procedures, ensuring smooth adoption and user experience.
* Supporting general HR administration and contributing to the implementation of best practices across HR functions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR operations and systems management.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR technology, previous experience with Zoho People would be an advantage.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
