This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading facilities management business in Northern Ireland.
The Role:
* Managing the shared HR inbox
* Booking and coordinating staff training
* Preparing training certificates
* Working with managers to ensure staff compliance with training
* Assisting with new starters and levers
* Completing onboarding documentation
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work within the HR Team to provide administrative assistance.
Requirements:
* Strong administrator with a background in HR or Recruitment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent IT skills and ability to keep up-to-date records in the company's database
Benefits:
The HR Administrator role offers an hourly rate of £11.44 and an immediate start.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
