Key Responsibilities
You will be required to work both independently and collaboratively with the head Chef to maintain a high level of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Maintaining compliance with HACCP and Food Hygiene guidelines is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A trade qualification such as City & Guilds, Culinary Arts, or equivalent is mandatory.
2. Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
3. The position involves working three days over seven, providing flexibility in scheduling.
4. The weekly hours of work range from 24 to 31, catering to varying needs.
5. Prior experience as a Cook/Chef (1 year preferred) and knowledge of HACCP protocols (1 year preferred) are advantageous.
