Our Client
Our client is a leading insurance organisation with a strong presence in the investment-linked insurance sector. They are seeking a Fund Oversight Analyst to play a key role in the governance and oversight of insurance investment funds. This position will involve monitoring outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting fund operations and reporting.

Who should apply?
The ideal candidate will have:
* An accounting/finance third-level qualification with excellent academics.
* 4-5 years' experience in fund operations and insurance products.
* Strong third-party oversight experience (not just operational processing).
* In-depth understanding of unit pricing and investment accounting.
* Background in investment-linked insurance products.
* Proven ability to manage relationships with external administrators and custodians.
* Familiarity with FRS and InvestPro systems is beneficial.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Fund Operations, the role will involve:
* Oversight of outsourced service providers, including fund administrators and custodians.
* Reviewing and monitoring daily unit pricing outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Preparing financial and operational reports for internal management and governance committees.
* Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
* Compiling and submitting investment-related data for quarterly regulatory reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Ireland and HMRC regulations.
* Managing cash movement processes and invoice approvals.
* Supporting fund launches and ad hoc investment projects.
