We are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.
Your Mission!
CEX Representatives will be responsible for managing admin tasks and providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will take ownership of tasks and liaise with various departments if required to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolutions between customers, clients, and other departments.
Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Deliver excellent customer service to customers, addressing queries, concerns, and requests both promptly and professionally.
* Manage a high volume of admin tasks and ensure that these are delivered to the department's quality standards.
* Manage incoming calls efficiently, deal with questions concerning our services, products, or any queries that arise, and explore up-selling opportunities during these customer interactions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, logistics, and warehousing, to attain the correct information to help resolve any customer queries or concerns.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Attend meetings and travel as required by the nature of the job.
The Person:
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
* Previous customer service experience would be ideal but not essential.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries and challenges.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills even when dealing with difficult situations to preserve the company's reputation.
* Previous experience working with SAP is also an advantage but not essential.
