The Role The Food & Beverage Assistant is an integral part of the delivery of remarkable service to our guests.
We are looking for experienced individuals, with a passion for hospitality, to join our award-winning team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide an exceptional guest service experience. Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role. Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up-sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu. Support the management of junior staff and their learning and development. Attend training sessions provided by management to develop your skills. Be organized and efficient in managing your section. Have an understanding of the local area to enhance guest experiences. Qualities We Are Looking For A passion for 5* guest service. A real passion for food and beverage. Excellent attention to detail. Confident, professional, and welcoming personality. Impeccable appearance and personal grooming. Proficient in the English language.
