This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Manager for Public Works projects with a trades background.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate site teams and sub-contractors
* Ensure the end product meets customer expectations in relation to finish
* Organise and coordinate labour
* Report to Contracts Manager
About the Projects
Our upcoming projects range from building refurbs to housing and small civils works, primarily focusing on Housing Executive and social housing contracts.
Requirements
* Trades background
* Experience in public works projects
* Able to work independently and oversee up to £1M worth of work
Benefits
