Site Manager (Hotel Refurbishment & Extension)
Location:
West Of Ireland Our client is a leading BIM enabled Main Contractor working on a range of interesting and leading construction projects Nationwide.
They are now recruiting a Site Manager for a Hotel refurbishment and extension that has started and will continue for approximately a further 18 months.

Experience of managing large scale projects would be an advantage Job Responsibilities:
Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and track progress Coordinate and manage subcontractors Carry out safety checks /Audits Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.
