Job Title: Legal Receptionist Dublin City Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Legal Receptionist to join our team in a busy Medical Negligence Litigation practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with our solicitors and support staff, managing a varied range of duties.
* Reception duties, including answering phones for the Dublin office and occasionally the Carlow office, greeting clients and making them feel at ease before their appointments.
* Organize post and DX, both incoming and outgoing.
* Maintain an up-to-date medical record log book.
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as digital dictaphone typing when required.
* Maintain a legal statute list.
* Provide hospitality for clients and prepare the boardroom for meetings and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
* Knowledge of case management software (Practice Evolve is a distinct advantage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
* Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Training:
In-office training will be provided on the Case Management System and other relevant aspects of the role.
