As a Fraud Investigator, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, tackling complex cases and driving impactful solutions to safeguard both users and the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll:
1. Investigate and resolve suspicious claims and activities within the platform, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
2. Manage case workflows, including inboxes, emails, calls, and outbound case handling.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on strategies for handling fraudulent activities.
4. Liaise with users and providers to obtain additional documentation and verify information.
5. Escalate fraud rings and high-risk issues to leadership as necessary.
6. Compile detailed incident reports and contribute to improving fraud prevention awareness across the organisation.
ABOUT THE PERSON
We’re looking for a proactive professional with:
1. 2-3 years of experience in fraud investigations, claims assessments, dispute resolution, or a related field.
2. Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage tactfully with a diverse community.
4. Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
5. High attention to detail and a passion for innovation, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
