Mechanical & Electrical Commissioning Engineer
Location: Dublin

Job Overview: The Commissioning Engineer will provide technical support and system walk-downs to ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, conducting equipment checks and system tests, and preparing test reports to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing the design intent, while confirming that the systems have adequate provisions to be fully commissioned and maintained.
* Providing commissioning advice to the project team.
* Developing the commissioning process, including the air distribution systems, automatic controls, lighting, and water distribution systems.
* Creation of a Commissioning Plan and test sheets for the works.
* Coordinating with the building owner, design team, and contractor throughout the entire commissioning process.
* Demonstrating, reviewing, and approving results of all testing undertaken by the contractor, including verifying the correct operation of all systems under automatic control.
* On-site witnessing and verification of the commissioning of all systems.
* Preparing the final Commissioning Report which includes recommendations to the client on the performance of the commissioned building system.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
* 2-5 years of experience in commissioning, installation, or maintenance of engineering systems.
* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
* Experience working with HVAC, building management systems (BMS), industrial automation, or manufacturing equipment is a plus.
