About the Employment Coach Role
The Employment Coach is responsible for managing a caseload of up to 80 customers with a prior offender history, aiming to secure employment for them. The role focuses on improving customers' employability by addressing non-work-related issues and developing vocational skills.
Key responsibilities include 'reverse marketing' customers to suitable employers, running group job search sessions, and promoting further job placements. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet individual targets.
Full-time Ongoing Position at our Kilkenny site with opportunities to travel to Oaklands. Enjoy a 9-day fortnight work schedule, dedicated day off every second week, and full-time remuneration with salary sacrifice options.
