We are looking for a Ring of Kerry Club House Manager with a proven experience and proven abilities to lead and manage our F&B team at the Ring of Kerry Golf Club. You must have the ability to deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service and be able to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that all the objectives in the Food & Beverage outlets under the key result areas of 1. Business development, 2. People development, 3. Quality & standards and 4. Customer care are being met.
To mobilise and lead the entire team.
To take full responsibility for the overall running, quality, and performance of the outlets in the Club House
To be responsible for the overall running, quality and performance of the Club House outlets and team members.
To maximise revenue by effective management of the operation.
To be responsible for the management of Health & Safety.
To enhance the overall experience for members and guests who use the Ring of Kerry Golf Club (ROKGC)
Involved in a ‘hands-on’ capacity in daily operations, including food and beverage, administration, sales etc.
Responsible For:
All food and beverage floor staff in the Club House.
Beverage and food service on daily basis in the Club House
Beverage and food service and operations outdoor and other areas of the Golf Club where a function may require it.
The Food & Beverage Gross profit margin each month.
The Labour costs of the department.
Staff communication and training.
Organising the weekly team meeting
The stock management and stocktakes of F&B outlets of Ring of Kerry Golf Club.
Purchasing of stock, glasses and utensils for the beverage department using the Procurement tools available ensuring pre-approval of said purchases
Customer service of the department and guest satisfaction
Monthly promotional offers and ideas to increase sales in the area.
Further development of the department and its team
To organise the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in the golf club.
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience in a similar role:
2+ years experience in a similar role
2-5 years Food & Beverages managerial experience
Good cocktail knowledge essential and Mixology experience a plus
Proven experience in leading a F&B team
Excellent It Skills including a proficient user of MS Office and excel.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation and communication skills are a must including fluent spoken and written English.
