About You

Your Future Role
* Maintaining a high standard in all areas in accordance with Alstom Policies and Procedures.
* NEC forms of contract management, including contract communications, change control, variation/compensation event assessment, valuation/certification, contract remedies and contract close out.
* Achieving financial targets and managing budgets effectively.
* Influencing and challenging budget holders, ensuring financial planning is supported.
* Optimising margin on a project while protecting the project from commercial risk.
* Fostering support, relationships, and adherence to procedures.
* Training and development of staff to enhance team capabilities.
* Ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
* Providing support and assistance to the Regional Commercial Manager & Project Director.
* Representing the commercial interests of the company and avoiding disputes.
