Your new company
As Diploma Course Administrator you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland working in their Diploma Centre. Your new organisation aims to provide support and advice to its membership professionals in their day-to-day practice through education, training courses and advisory services. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-year FTC to cover maternity leave. You will have a hybrid work model after your training period. Willingness to work flexible is required (occasional Saturday and evening work will be required).
Your new role
As Diploma Course Administrator, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth course delivery. This will involve working with course leaders to prepare a variety of documentation such as handbooks, faculty booklets and timetables, welcoming students, managing course data on database systems, processing payments, updating their Learning Management System (Moodle), managing a high volume of student queries, assisting with course assessments and all ad-hoc administrative duties that may fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Diploma Course Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Previous management of a Learning Management System such as Moodle is preferred but not essential. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
With clear and relevant examples of your administrative and customer service skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
