Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Executive at SPARK - The Events Agency. The Event Executive will be responsible for:
* Planning and coordinating various events.
* Designing and preparing creative and innovative proposals.
* Managing client relationships and ensuring account growth.
* Develop relationships with key industry suppliers.
* Overseeing all aspects of the event logistics.
* Ensuring the seamless execution of events.
* Onsite event management.
* This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely within Ireland.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary with ad hoc duties
Requirements
* Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
* Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines
* Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience with venue sourcing and negotiations
* Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft and design tools
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
* Previous experience in an event agency or PCO is an advantage
