Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and support the entire bid process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-bid activities, while ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
* Collaborate closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise all necessary bid-related information and documentation.
* Conduct comprehensive research on project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness and increase the company's win rate.
* Maintain a comprehensive bid tracking system to monitor and manage all bid submissions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all bid-related activities.
* Assist in the preparation of compelling proposal content and presentations, emphasising the company's unique value proposition and capabilities to potential clients.
Requirements:

* Proven experience in bid coordination or administration (preferably in a legal or professional services environment).
