Key Responsibilities:
* Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad.
* Build use cases, user stories, visualization, and process flows.
* Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad and ensure each feature has a clear definition of done.
* Communicate vision to developers and testers.
* Document confirmed business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support.
* Apply business process improvement methods for optimization.
* In partnership with the PO, maintain deep understanding of the business to ensure that the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with Group needs.
* Track metrics and build reports to measure progress.
* Help manage dependencies with other squads, working closely with squad PO, peer POs.
* Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products/features/work oriented around business impact.
* Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
* Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of relevant experience preferred in the Healthcare industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles.
* Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
* Deep understanding of business processes and a high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery.
* Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers.
* Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration.
* Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
