Title: Adjudication DivisionGrade: Executive Officer (EO)Duration of Contract: minimum of 6 monthsKeyResponsibilities:Provide high quality and responsive administrative, logistical and procedural support within the Adjudication Unit to the Chief Adjudication Officer and Adjudication OfficersAssist with the retention of a panel of Adjudication OfficersSupport the develop of procedures, policies, and internal systems for the Adjudication function including organising for the publication of consultations and finalised guidelines and proceduresDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility and carry out any other additional tasks, that may ariseRequired Experience and Skills:Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a legal or regulatory environmentStrong organisational and logistical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including word processing and spreadsheet managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilitiesKnowledge or interest in competition law or regulatory frameworks (desirable but not essential).
