Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment/HR Coordinator to join our expanding team at emeis Ireland. Located in Citywest, County Dublin, this role will play a vital part in managing the overall Recruitment process, projects, and representing emeis Ireland as an employer of choice.
Main Duties:
* Liaising with equivalent roles in the recruitment/talent acquisition team and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
* Maintaining compliant and ready-to-sign-off files for new talent before their commencement as staff.
* Assisting with CV database management, reviewing applications/resumes, interviewing job applicants, evaluating applicant skills, conducting background checks, and making decisions regarding applicant qualifications and suitability.
* Managing candidates through job boards, social media, and ATS systems as needed.
* Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees in a timely manner, adhering to business needs.
* Achieving and maintaining all department KPIs set by management.
* Helping manage day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Department.
* Providing regular reporting on a Quarterly/Monthly and Weekly basis, as needed.
* Organizing and maintaining candidate records.
* Striving to improve our employer brand and staying up-to-date with local networking opportunities, such as colleges and events.
Requirements:
* An HR qualification or related discipline is desirable.
* Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a Healthcare setting, would be an advantage.
* Excellent administration skills and compliance experience in building candidate files.
* Familiarity with Garda Vetting process would be an asset.
* Strong people skills, excellent ability to make relationships, and good market knowledge.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Experience working towards KPIs and deadlines, as well as administrative HR software.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A full driving license and good knowledge of the Work Permit process.
