Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
* 1 year of experience working in a customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with campaign management either in Ads (preferably Search), SA360 or other SEM platforms.
* Ability to be proactive, take ownership of accounts, deliverables and KPIs.
* Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
About the Job
As a Search Specialist within the EMEA team, you will own the Search strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle for clients in the Italian market. You will drive Search Excellence with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams activating new products to drive performance. Equipped with a specialism of Search solutions and Google's clients’ business objectives, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment. You will also act as an advisor and consultant who works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.
Responsibilities
* Manage a book of business as a Search Specialist, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement and optimize).
* Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic search strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
* Develop and apply knowledge of market and industry in solutions offered and an understanding of products and tools.
* Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
* Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialist) of Search media.
