PE Global are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers) for our cloud software client based in Dublin CC. 12- month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
* Staff level member of the Early Career recruiting team. Executes on the global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/ geographic areas.
* Manage interview processes for each assigned requisition
* Manages end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance.
* Partners with the appropriate internal business partners and utilizes deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies, policy, and process for recruitment.
* Conducts thorough needs assessment with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities.
* Establishes communication strategy with hiring managers for specific requisitions around candidate and interviewer feedback, SLAs and next steps.
* Ensure end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with recruiting strategy. Manages the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
* Analyzes the performance and success of sourcing strategies continually explores and recommends process improvements.
* Maintains knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies and processes.
* Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation.
* University/Campus Recruiting experience required
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet and/or exceed expectations.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business/ HR/ OR similar.
* 2+ years recruiting/campus experience
* Strong written and verbal communication, highly organised with a focus on delivering business results
* Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
* Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service
* Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality
