Key Responsibilities:
Install leading-edge customer equipment, perform scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrade equipment.
Take ownership of technical issues proactively.
Complete required job documentation, safety training and procedures for processing parts.

Satisfy the company's and customer's on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.
Requirements:
You must hold a qualification from disciplines including Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Science / Aircraft Systems or a Trade Apprenticeship.
You should have at least 1 year of work experience in a customer/field support/maintenance role.
You must be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details, are required.
You should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
A mechanical aptitude and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum and thermodynamics are necessary.
You should know how to use hand tools properly, including a digital multimeter.
What to Expect:
You will work on rotation and in shifts (days and nights) so that customers have ongoing support 24/7.
You may be asked to travel for training (in some cases for up to 3 months) or to customer sites across the globe.
Your job requires the ability to work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses and gloves.

Interview Process:
The interview process takes approximately 2 hours and includes a practical mechanical and electrical hands-on assessment and a competency-based interview.
