They will collaborate with regional and local teams (UK & Europe) to ensure a clear program, including strategic content planning, consistency, and best practices across all markets. The role emphasizes building a holistic communications plan, executing plans with email production teams, and optimizing campaign performance, engagement, and growth. Additionally, the manager will provide guidance for social media content planning to enhance internal processes and activity performance. Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.Responsibilities:Email marketing strategy: Ensure program consistency and best practices, identifying areas for improvement in internal processes and external results.Collaborate with Data Analysts to generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations for growth opportunities to senior management.Project management: Communicate effectively, manage processes and time, and collaborate with various regional and local stakeholders to deliver successful, high-quality campaigns on time.Social media: Plan, coordinate, and provide guidance to support the internal team in executing and improving social content and performance.About YouThe essentials:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in Email Marketing Management.B2B experience managing content development and email marketing strategy.Basic copywriting skills.Experience in data analysis, working with dedicated analysts to recommend and create actionable changes based on real-time data.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines.High attention to detail and a can-do attitude.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to adapt in an evolving environment and solve problems.Nice to have:Social media management experience to create, implement, and plan social activity for relevant campaigns.Familiarity with Google Tools / Workspace and Systems (Google Workspace Apps: Docs, Sheets, Slides, App Sheet).Enhanced copywriting skills to assist in crafting copy requirements for social media.About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
