We provide direct, frontline services to people aged 60 and over, through support coordination, support and befriending, housing with support, and the application of assistive technology. We have a network of staff and more than 3,000 volunteers across the country We have been awarded Quality Marks from Volunteer Ireland, the ISO, the Charities Regulator and the Housing Regulatory Standard.
We are now recruiting a Project Manager.

Role Overview
This Project Management role will involve working as part of ALONE Community, Innovation and Enterprise functions whose purpose is to deliver new projects and opportunities that will enhance the choice of older people and system enhancements for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a ALONE Project Manager, tasked with the identification, management, and successful implementation of projects aligned with ALONE's Strategic Goals
You will report directly to the Head of Community, Innovation & Enterprise.
Responsibilities
1. Lead strategically important initiatives, assuming the role of Program Manager including monitoring, reporting, costs and performance from conception to completion.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of project multiple projects across the areas community, innovation and enterprise.
3. Liaison and co-ordination within internal and external stake holders to deliver project on time and within budget
4. Establish relationships and maintain communication with project stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
5. Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
6. Any other duties within the general requirements of the above that may be assigned.
Essential Skills
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
7. 3 years previous project management experience.
8. Confident in dealing with internal and external senior stakeholders.
9. Proven track record demonstrating ability to work on own initiative lead a project from start to finish.
10. Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions on complex issues while considering the wider organisation.
11. Project management experience within the NGO sector desirable but not required.
12. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects and changes across ALONE simultaneously.
13. Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other similar applications.
14. Full clean drivers licence

15. €42,000 - €53,000 Salary band (depending on experience )
16. 35 Hour week (core hours 9-5) –Full-time employees can enjoy a 35-hour working week.
