As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Proactive outbound phone calls to our clients in France.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
* Effectively resolve customers’ queries via email and phone calls.
* Build and maintain relationships with our resellers in France, and work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
* Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineers, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
* Actively promote our latest products and solutions.
* Educate potential customers on our product range and services.
* Translate marketing materials such as brochures, blogs and case studies.
* Conduct online training for French speaking installers.
* Occasional travel to meet French customers.
Skills
* Fluent professional French.
* Fluent professional English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
* At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Support, B2B Sales or Business Development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
* Strong typing and PC skills (HubSpot or a similar CRM platform, MS Office, Slack).
* Impeccable work ethics.
Education requirements
* Bachelor degree is preferable.
* Notice: The applicant must be eligible to work and live in Ireland.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
