Key Responsibilities
* Manage food safety, QMS, and environmental compliance.
* Train and support teams on technical policies and documents.
* Manage supplier performance and approvals.
* Lead and participate in Food Safety & HACCP teams.
* Maintain and update quality manuals, policies, and procedures.
* Handle product recalls, quarantines, and rejections when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with BRC accreditation standards.
* Order necessary technical supplies to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
* A degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in food manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards.
* Familiarity with retail and supplier software.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
