Job Title: Administrator
Kilkenny, a public sector body, is seeking an experienced administrator to fill a temporary position.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Immediate Start: Available for an immediate start
About the Role:
* Manage the integration of a new system
* Act as the first point of contact for queries via helpline
* Update the database accordingly
* Take payment over the phone
* Data entry and data management
* Record management
* Updating files
* Process client information at the highest level of discretion
Requirements:
* 2 years administration or clerical experience
* Attention to detail
* Able to show compassion to vulnerable people
