The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational implementation, execution, and delivery of complex Survey, Design, and Build projects. This role involves managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Contracts Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities Act as the operational owner of project contracts from program delivery, client mobilization, process & controls implementation, support, administration, and account management. Lead the implementation of support teams, processes, project programs, and resource planning for new workstreams prior to mobilisation. Establish and oversee cross-functional collaboration between teams, including Design, Operations, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), and Commercial teams to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed efficiently. Lead delivery managers and their teams through exceptional client and stakeholder management. Continuously review and implement process improvements where opportunities arise. Analyze key project delivery metrics, identifying and mitigating risks. Ensure programme alignment and strategic delivery with project teams and operational staff. Work with the Commercial team to manage budgets, ensuring all revenue and costs are accurately captured and measured. Oversee change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a senior Contracts Manager role. Extensive experience leading large-scale telecoms programs from an operational perspective. Ability to manage multiple projects across different clients and teams. Strong background in Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) telecom builds. Skilled in resource planning, budgeting, and meeting tight deadlines. Experience managing teams, driving performance, and maintaining high standards. Client-focused with a proactive and solution-driven approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) & Field Reporting Systems. Relevant Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
