About the Job:
The Sourcing Specialist position plays a vital role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to achieve the best total value for our business.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the seven steps of the sourcing process, including Spend analysis, Market Research, Supplier Due Diligence, Sourcing Strategy, RFX Management, Bid Analysis, and Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management.
Key Objectives:
* Create sourcing strategies that get us the materials and services we need at the right price, time, and quality.
* Mitigate risk while working with a large supply base to meet business demands.
* Analyze financial and business data related to supplier proposals and capability assessments.
* Develop and manage cross-functional teams (CFT) and run strategic sourcing processes.
* Negotiate contract terms with suppliers at Senior Management level.
Your Qualifications:

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.
* Relevant experience in sourcing or supply chain.
* Knowledge of legal language and contracting terminologies.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts and continuously learn new tools and technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree.
* Certifications in CPSM/CPM/CIPS/CSCP.
* Ability to draft Statements of Works/Master agreements/Amendments independently.
* Lean Six Sigma experience.
* Experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite & Microsoft Suite applications.
* Ability to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences.
* Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting tools, and ability to develop measurable insights from data.
